&lt;p&gt;I’ll be running bright and early at 5AM tomorrow morning and work starts at 6! At least work and the gym are the same place. What a nice convenience! But, breakfast for after my workout is packed and ready to go. &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span class="hasCaption"&gt;Having a busy schedule is one of the biggest challenges when it comes to eating healthy, but that DOESN’T mean it’s an excuse! It means you have to PREPARE.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
